26 year old Kris Humphries wants to annul his 72 days marriage reality Kim Kardashian 31 on the grounds of frauds and filled with paper today according to people his superior court filling has the box reading nullity of voidable marriage marked and checks as the basis the box saying fraud. According to California law a nullity is granted if the court finds that no valid even took place. Along with fraud grounds for an annulment include bigamy, incest force or if a couple are under the age of consent. Humphries papers say that if he is not granted annulment then he wants a legal separation and not a divorce under any circumstances. The basketball star agrees on the date of the separation, however which he also lists as October 31st.
Annulments can be difficult to obtain, with the legal expert telling the publication that he will likely have to prove that fraud was actually committed. But Kim telling her friends that she absolutely loves Kris and that the marriage just fell apart, according to TMZ, so she’s unlikely to be agreeing with the defrauded him’ it will mean the couple will end up in a bitter court battle . this is my 100 and 200 word kim kardashian story .
